At the Studio last Sunday I filmed a quick Co​​re workout. This workout challenges nutreul pelvis and spine, works the lower adominen and increases flexibility.

If you feel compression in your lower back you may be taking the legs too low. Keep the legs high until you gain the control. Practice makes perfect

  • Take it slow and controlled
  • Begin in nutreul pelvis and spine, curl up & keep in the curled up position – nothing else should moved except the legs
  • Use your breath. Breath out on the exhersion
  • Make sure the spine doesn’t go in lateral flexion (side to side)
  • 3 reps of each position
