The best version of me, myself and I 

Today I have committed to trying to be the best version of myself mentally and physically! Food diary – check. Healthy eating – check. Positive mindset – check. Meditation – check. I know it’s a bit of a cliche to be a Pilates teacher who meditates but I think there’s a good reason these things come hand in hand. Connecting mind to body seems like the best medication. I’ve decided that life is too short to make even shorter! When I am on the road to a healthier me, everything else seems to be ok. I feel more focused & less worried about the little things

I think the first few days of getting back on track with your life plans and goals is always the hardest, I’ve been feeling tired lately (recently diagnosed with endometriosis) which has made my stomach completely swell up. I’m trying not to complain because I believe in curing the body through the mind with a positive outlook, much like ‘the law of attraction’. I’m cutting out the toxic food, appreciating life that little bit more and getting back into my Pilates teaching whole heartedly

Its my first diary note to check in with myself and write to anyone else who’s reading. I’d like the content to be varied – health, fitness, well being, beauty, travel, Pilates and so on. If anyone would like to share their experiences with endometriosis please do! I know it’s a very common and restricting disease which has very little research. I’m looking into the health benefits of Pilates/exercise and clean eating to help ease the symptoms of the disease
